— ABOUT —

A career that brings together different sectors and cultures.

My professional journey began in 2007 in tourism and guest services and developed across hospitality, front office and concierge, gaming operations, VIP guest experience, real estate sales and international marketing. Today, I draw on this background to understand needs clearly, manage expectations realistically and keep complex processes organised.

My career began in tourism, travel and guest services. That early experience gave me a practical foundation in guest reception, cross-cultural communication and expectation management — skills that still shape the way I work with clients from different backgrounds today.

During my years in hospitality, I worked across front office and concierge, night operations and guest relations. I learned how the guest journey is shaped by the quality of information handover, coordination between shifts and the consistency of service standards across departments.

In gaming operations, I took direct responsibility for reception, public relations and VIP guest experience. This developed strong practical judgement in communicating with guests with high expectations, working with discretion, coordinating quickly and maintaining service standards in daily operations.

Since 2019, I have focused on real estate sales, client guidance and international project marketing. This brought a different discipline: longer decision cycles, closer attention to client priorities, careful comparison of alternatives and clear communication with international buyers.

In business development, I connect international contacts with suitable local partners in Northern Cyprus. This is where local knowledge, trusted relationships and cross-cultural communication come together.

Today, I draw on these experiences as a connected whole rather than as separate disciplines. This helps me assess not only the service itself, but also the communication, timing, expectations and coordination around it. For the client, the result is a clearer process with less unnecessary uncertainty.

That same field experience also informs the practical training I now provide for front-office, guest-relations and service teams, with a focus on guest experience, service standards and interdepartmental coordination.

My Approach

01

Local Experience

Knowing the field and local working culture in Northern Cyprus helps match needs to real conditions on the ground.

02

International Communication

Working in Turkish, English and Russian helps reduce information loss between parties and supports clearer communication across cultures.

03

Privacy & Discretion

Protecting client information and communicating with discretion help sensitive requests remain private and appropriately handled.

04

Realistic Guidance

Setting realistic expectations from the start and being clear about what is and is not possible reduces wasted time and misaligned expectations.
