AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Seven Core Areas of Expertise

Working across different sectors has taught me to see more than the task itself. It has helped me understand client and guest expectations, identify operational touchpoints and recognise decision patterns early. I use that perspective to assess needs clearly and structure the next steps realistically.

01

Real Estate Sales & Client Guidance

My experience in the Northern Cyprus property market helps me look beyond which property a client likes and consider purpose, location, timing, budget and the decision process together. This makes it easier to rule out unsuitable options early, compare relevant alternatives and see more clearly where you stand in the sales process.

02

International Real Estate Marketing

Clients from different markets often approach the same project with different expectations. My experience helps me assess project positioning, market-specific communication and partnership structure accordingly. The aim is not simply greater visibility, but a better match between the project and the right client or partner.

03

Business Development & Local Connections

My knowledge of the business environment and working culture in Northern Cyprus helps me identify which local connections are genuinely relevant to an international person or organisation. The value is a shorter, clearer route to the right people rather than a long list of contacts.

04

Front Office, Concierge & Guest Experience

Field experience across front office, concierge, guest relations, night operations and VIP service taught me that the guest-facing experience and the operation behind it are inseparable. This perspective helps me identify weak handovers, information-flow gaps and service inconsistencies before they become visible to the guest.

05

Gaming Operations & Guest Relations

My experience in gaming operations developed practical judgement in guest relations, VIP service, venue–hotel coordination and the day-to-day maintenance of service standards. It helps me identify friction points that affect the guest experience across the wider service chain, not only within one department.

06

Guest Experience, Service Standards & Operational Coordination

Working across different operational settings showed me how easily small gaps in communication, information handover, shift coordination and interdepartmental ownership can weaken the guest experience. I now apply this perspective to service standards, organisational processes and team development.

07

Luxury Concierge & VIP Service Coordination

Luxury concierge is not simply about finding a provider. Its value lies in coordinating different services so the client does not have to repeat the same request to multiple people, while timing, communication and follow-up are managed through a single flow. I use this experience to reduce unnecessary operational load on the client.
